The session on personal branding was led by Dr Amit Nagpal, Founder and President of the Bloggers Alliance. It was in Q & A format, with questions from Mr Vikesh Wallia.
Dr. Nagpal shared practical frameworks for developing a personal brand, advocating for authenticity as a foundation. He pointed out that building a genuine brand helps attract like-minded professionals and organizations, fostering meaningful connections and loyalty. Additionally, he discussed the importance of digital presence, urging participants to be consistent across platforms to build trust and convey a clear message.
The session also delved into storytelling as a tool for personal branding. Dr. Nagpal advised participants to craft stories that communicate their values and experiences, making their professional journeys relatable and memorable. According to him, storytelling can strengthen emotional connections with audiences, which is essential for influence and leadership.
